Stop people pleasing and prioritise you

Teacher aides spend every day supporting the wellbeing and learning of others. This workshop creates space to support you.

Together we explore practical ways to build healthy boundaries, strengthen resilience and develop everyday decision-making habits that reduce overwhelm and increase confidence.

Using reflective activities, engaging discussion and practical tools, you'll discover how to:

  • notice the patterns that drain or energise you

  • choose responses rather than react to pressure

  • protect your energy without compromising your kindness

  • navigate difficult conversations with confidence

  • return to what matters most when demands compete for your attention.

You'll leave with practical strategies you can use immediately, in the classroom, with colleagues and in everyday life.
