Using reflective activities, engaging discussion and practical tools, you'll discover how to:

  • notice the patterns that drain or energise you

  • choose responses rather than react to pressure

  • protect your energy without compromising your kindness

  • navigate difficult conversations with confidence

  • return to what matters most when demands compete for your attention.

 

You'll leave with practical strategies you can use immediately, in the classroom, with colleagues and in everyday life.
